Delivered over 8 modules, The Mindful Medics® B.R.E.A.T.H.E online program provides medical students with an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of stress, and equips them with a toolkit of Mind Training skills that can be easily implemented into their busy study schedules.

With a spotlight on key wellbeing issues relevant to working in healthcare, such as burnout and empathy fatigue, the Mindful Medics® B.R.E.A.T.H.E program aims to enhance student wellbeing, both during medical school and beyond.

Who is the program for?

This program is specifically designed for university students studying Medicine, either at an undergraduate or graduate level.

How long will the program take to complete?

The B.R.E.A.T.H.E program is a self-paced course that has been designed with the time restrictions that often face medical students in mind. It can take as long or as little as you like, depending on how quickly you work through the content. However, in order to get the most out of the program, we recommend taking your time with it, and committing to one module and the accompanying activities per week. In this way, it should take you eight weeks to complete the full program.
