The Mindful Medics® 1 day B.R.E.A.T.H.E workshop is an evidence-based workplace wellbeing offering that has been designed specifically with the unique wellbeing demands and time restrictions placed on medical practitioners in mind.
Delivered over the course of a day, the Mindful Medics® B.R.E.A.T.H.E workshop provides medical practitioners with an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of stress, and equips them with a toolkit of Mind Training skills that won't be forgotten by 5pm.
With a spotlight on key wellbeing issues relevant to working in healthcare, such as burnout and empathy fatigue, the B.R.E.A.T.H.E workshop aims to not only enhance healthcare provider wellbeing, but also improve patient outcomes.

The Nitty Gritty
The Mindful Medics® B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Workshop is designed to fit right into your work day. The workshop runs for 8 hours and includes two 15 minute refreshment breaks and a 1 hour lunch break.

Bonus Inclusions
Personalised Wellbeing Report
At the start of the workshop, participants will receive access to an anonymous online survey to complete to assess their current levels of stress and burnout. This survey will be redistributed four weeks after completion of the workshop and a formal report with our findings will be sent to your workplace.
Muse Meditation Headband Hire
Workshops include hire of 12 Muse headbands to introduce participants to the science of Mind Training. Muse is a research-grade EEG device that senses brain activity during meditation and translates the brain waves into guiding sounds to help you stay calm and focused. Brain activity can then be reviewed via a free app.
Refreshments
Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be included in workshop. With a focus on fresh whole foods, we cater to all dietary requirements and offer a variety of healthy options for your workplace to choose from.
