1 Day Workshop | For medical students

The Mindful Medics® 1 day B.R.E.A.T.H.E workshop is an evidence-based wellbeing offering that has been designed specifically with the unique wellbeing demands and time restrictions placed on medical students in mind.

 

Delivered over the course of a day, the Mindful Medics® B.R.E.A.T.H.E workshop provides medical students with an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of stress, and equips them with a toolkit of Mind Training skills that won't be forgotten by 5pm.

With a spotlight on key wellbeing issues relevant to working in healthcare, such as burnout and empathy fatigue, the B.R.E.A.T.H.E workshop aims to enhance student wellbeing, not only during medical school but also beyond as junior doctors.

The Nitty Gritty

The Mindful Medics® B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Workshop is designed to fit right into student schedules. The workshop runs for 8 hours and includes two 15 minute refreshment breaks and a 1 hour lunch break.

Each participant will receive:

  • hardcopy binder summarising content covered in the workshop

  • code to access Mind Training sessions on the Mindful Medics® app

  • Mindful Medics® tote bag with keep cup, notepad, and pen
